Rick Riordan Artist Book

One of my favorite projects from the Creative Internship is the Artist Book. The aim of the project is to create a coffee-table style book that encapsulates elements from your favorite artist from any medium. This could include musicians, painters, dancers, or even authors.

I chose the young adult fiction legend Rick Riordan. His Percy Jackson series was not only my favorite growing up, but it also had a major effect on my career decision.

FOSSIL COVID Project

During my time in the Creative Internship, COVID hit. Although the worldwide pandemic brought a lot of absurdity, we managed to make the best of it and even created a project around the idea of a non-healthcare brand somehow incorporating the pandemic into its advertising.

My group chose the watch brand FOSSIL and created a smartphone app that had daily quarantine activities to keep people busy. We created mock-ups for what the application might look like, sticking on brand with FOSSIL’s monochrome and grayscale aesthetic.
